1 can | Pumpkin pie mix (not solid-pack pumpkin) |
2 cups | Powdered sugar |
½ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ teaspoon | Ground ginger |
1 teaspoon | Orange rind; grated |
Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth; gradually add pumpkin pie mix and beat well. Beat in the sugar, spices, and orange rind.
Serve as a dip or spread, with your favorite spice cookies, oatmeal cookies, molasses cookies or gingersnaps.
Yield 3 cups dip.
