Cream cheese-pumpkin dessert dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese; softened
1 can Pumpkin pie mix (not solid-pack pumpkin)
2 cups Powdered sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon Orange rind; grated

Beat cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth; gradually add pumpkin pie mix and beat well. Beat in the sugar, spices, and orange rind.

Serve as a dip or spread, with your favorite spice cookies, oatmeal cookies, molasses cookies or gingersnaps.

Yield 3 cups dip.
