Crawfish pie

¼cupGreen Onion; Minced
¼cupParsley - Minced
2eachesGarlic - Cloves

½eachBell Pepper - Diced
½cupBread Crumbs - Seasoned
2eachesCelery Stalks - Diced
½teaspoonRed Pepper
½cupButter
1eachEgg
½teaspoonPepper
¼cupTomato Sauce
1cupMilk
1each10\" Pie Plate (Double Crust)

Directions

Saute onions, garlic, bell pepper and celery in butter until limp. Add tomato sauce, crawfish and parsley. Cook slowly for 10 minutes. Turn off heat. Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg and milk then mix well. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
