Cranberry cream freeze

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons Margarine; melted
6 tablespoons Sugar
1 pack (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pint Vanilla ice cream
1 can (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce

Combine crumbs, margarine and 2 tablespoons of the sugar; press onto bottom of 8 inch springform pan. Beat remaining sugar and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in ice cream, a tablespoon at a time. Pour over crust.

Drop cranberry sauce by spoonfuls onto ice cream mixture. Cover; freeze at least 4 hours. Let stand 20 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
