Cinnamon-raisin scone sticks

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Reduced fat baking mix (such as Bisquick reduced fat)
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Skim milk
¼ cup Plain nonfat yogurt
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Heat over to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, raisins, milk, yogurt, and cinnamon. Mix to form a soft dough. Turn dough out onto surface dusted with baking mix and roll dough in baking mix to coat. Knead dough 5 times. Roll into a 10 x 6 inch rectangle. Cut crosswise into 10 1-inch strips. Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Makes 10.
