Chocolate scones

Measure Ingredient
2¼ cup All-purpose flour
¼ cup Whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
½ cup Butter
1 large Egg
\N \N Milk; as needed
½ cup Miniature chocolate chips
\N \N Egg whites or heavy cream

Recipe by: American Country Inn and Bed & Breakfast Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the flours, sug ball on an ungreased cookie sheet to form a 6-inch disc.
