Chocolate pistachio cannolis

Measure Ingredient
½ pack (11.5-oz) Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels
1 carton (15-oz) Ricotta cheese
2 packs (3-oz) cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoons Sifted confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons Chopped citron
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
12 \N Prepared 5-inch cannoli shells
⅓ cup Finely chopped pistachio nuts

Melt over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. In large bowl, beat ricotta cheese until smooth. Add cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, citron and vanilla extract; beat well. Blend in melted morsels. Spoon into cannoli shells. Dip ends in nuts. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 12 cannolis.
