Chocolate pistachio cannolis

Ingredients

| ½ | pack | (11.5-oz) Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels |
| 1 | carton | (15-oz) Ricotta cheese |
| 2 | packs | (3-oz) cream cheese; softened |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sifted confectioners' sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped citron |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 12 | Prepared 5-inch cannoli shells | |
| ⅓ | cup | Finely chopped pistachio nuts |
Directions
Melt over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. In large bowl, beat ricotta cheese until smooth. Add cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, citron and vanilla extract; beat well. Blend in melted morsels. Spoon into cannoli shells. Dip ends in nuts. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 12 cannolis.
