Chocolate pistachio cannolis

Ingredients

½pack(11.5-oz) Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels
1carton(15-oz) Ricotta cheese
2packs(3-oz) cream cheese; softened
2tablespoonsSifted confectioners' sugar
2tablespoonsChopped citron
1teaspoonVanilla extract
12Prepared 5-inch cannoli shells
cupFinely chopped pistachio nuts

Directions

Melt over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels; stir until smooth. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. In large bowl, beat ricotta cheese until smooth. Add cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, citron and vanilla extract; beat well. Blend in melted morsels. Spoon into cannoli shells. Dip ends in nuts. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 12 cannolis.
