Chocolate mousse cake 2

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Margarine
4 \N Eggs; separated
½ cup Sugar
6 ounces Bittersweet chocolate
2 \N Egg yolks
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Melt chocolate and margarine together Beat whites till stiff. Beat yolks and sugar till thick. Stir in chocolate mixture and vanilla. Fold in whites. Reserve ¾ c batter. Pour resr into greased pan. Bake 30 min. at 350F. Cool and frost with reserved mixture.
