½cupApplesauce -- at room

¾cupSkim milk -- at room

1teaspoonVanilla
4teaspoonsEgg whites -- whipped
1Bars unsweetened chocolate
(2 oz) melted

Directions

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare 8 small loaf pans with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another mixing bowl, combine milk, vanilla, egg whites, and chocolate. Pour into pans, filling each ½ full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
