Yield: 8 servings
|2 packs||Cream cheese; 8 oz, softened|
|¾ cup||Chocolate chips, mini; divided|
|1 \N||Graham cracker crust|
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in ½ cup of the chips. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup chips. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
