Chinese five-spice powder

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Whole, black peppercorns
36 \N Whole cloves
12 \N Inches of stick cinnamon
2 tablespoons Fennel seed
12 \N Whole star anise

Put spices together into a blender and pulverize into a powder. Store in a cool place in an air-tight container.
