Cherry pudding

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Mix and let simmer:
1 cup Cherries
¾ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Butter
½ cup Hot water
\N \N Combine:
1 cup Flour
½ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ cup Cold water
¼ teaspoon Salt

Pour batter into 8 x 8 inch baking pan, greased. Pour cherry liquid over top. The batter will come to the top through liquid. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve topped with ice cream or whipped cream. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 10-21-94
