1 can (16.5oz) pitted dark sweet
\N \N Cherries in heavy syrup,
\N \N Drained
\N \N Vegetable cooking spray
2⅔ cup (2%) lowfat milk
¾ cup Flour
½ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 \N Egg
1 \N Egg white
¼ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Powdered sugar
2⅔ cup Lowfat frozen vanilla
\N \N Yogurt

Place cherries in an 8" square baking dish or deep dish quich dish sprayed with cooking spray; set side.

Combine milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, egg and egg white; stir well with wore whisk. Pour over cherries; sprinkle with ¼ c sugar.

Bake at 375F. for 1 hour 55 minutes or until set. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm; top each serving with ⅓ cup frozen yogurt.

Per serving: 234 calories, 6⅕ g protein, 46⅒ g carbohydrate, ⅖ g fiber, 36 mg cholesterol, ⅘ mg iron, 141 mg sodium, 139 mg calcium.
