Cheesecake ( three step pumpkin praline pecan )

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Cream Cheese (16oz)softened
½ cup Pumpkin
½ cup Brown sugar, packed firmly
½ teaspoon Vanilla
½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
\N \N Dash Ground Cloves
\N \N Dash Ground Nutmeg
1 \N Ready to use Graham Cracker
\N \N Crumb crust (6oz or 9-inch)
¾ cup Chopped Pecans
2 tablespoons Maple-flavored syrup

Mix cream cheese, Pumpkin, brown sugar, vanilla and spices at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add Eggs; mix until blended.

Pour into crust. Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Drizzle with syrup just before serving. Makes 8 servings.
