Greek casseroled octopus

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Octopus
¼ cup Vinegar or lemon juice
2 cups Sliced mushrooms
2 eaches Crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
¼ cup Rice
½ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Dry red wine
1 cup Chopped onions
1 teaspoon Dried parsley
2 eaches Bay leaves
