1cupGrated carrot
¾cupRaisins
½teaspoonCinnamon

Directions

Mix flour, creamota, baking powder & salt. Stir in carrot, raisins & cinnamon. Beat egg, milk & oil. Make a well in centre of dry ingredients, pour in liquid.
