1 can | (big) of Pineapple Chunks |

In a baking pan, lay chicken side by side, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper on top of chicken. Slice onion and bell peppers and place on top of chicken, squirt a good amount of ketchup over the chicken and add the can of pineapple chucks juice and all over it. Bake 300 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
I am sorry that I don't have the exact measurements since the lady I got this receipe from doesn't measure her ingredients, everything is in her head.
