Measure | Ingredient |

2 \N | Cornish game hens; cut in halves |
1 \N | Onion; chopped |
2 cups | Cooked rice |
½ cup | Celery; diced |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 can | Mushroom pieces; (8 oz.) |
Salt hens, both sides. Mix celery, onions, mushrooms and rice together.
Heap rice in 4 mounds in a baking dish. Place ½ hen, skin side up, over each mound. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil.
Bake until browned.
