Cajun red beans and rice 3

Ingredients

| 1 | large | Onion; chopped |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
| 1 | medium | Green bell pepper; coarsely chopped |
| 1 | cup | Celery; sliced |
| 15 | ounces | Canned kidney beans; rinsed and drained |
| 1 | cup | Spaghetti sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce |
| 3 | cups | Hot cooked rice |
Directions
Lightly spray a 10-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion and garlic; cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently.
Add remaining ingredients except rice. Simmer uncovered over low heat for 15 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
