Bruschetta with mascarpone and raspberries

Yield: 1 sandwich

Measure Ingredient
1 slice Country bread, about 1/2\" thick
\N \N Mascarpone
\N small Handful ripe raspberries
\N \N Fragrant honey, like lavender or orange blossom, at room temperature

Lightly grill or toast the bread. Spread with mascarpone. Top with the raspberries and drizzle a little honey over the top.
