| 1½ | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cumin |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ½ | cup | Tomato; diced |
| 1 | Onion, green; sliced | |
| 1 | Chili pepper, green; chopped | |
Directions
Place broccoli stems, lemon juice, cumin and garlic in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. For best flavor, chill before serving.
