Blue cheese n oil

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Canola oil
\N \N (danish) Blue Cheese
\N \N A couple of bay leaves
\N \N Fresh minced garlic
\N \N Dried peppercorns

Take a jar and dice up your cheese into bite sized pieces, put them in jar.

add the herbs & spices, and fill with canola oil.

I love this !! You can eat right out of jar or put on a few chunks on salad... I saw this in the store once and purchased it for tooo much money.. Now I just make it myself!! Try your favorite cheese in place of the blue.. I reccomend using the softer cheeses.
