Blind dates

| Salted peanuts (not dry roasted) | ||

Cut a slit in each date and remove the stone. Fill the dates with the salted peanuts and roll in granulated sugar. Pack in layers of waxed or greaseproof paper, tin foil or paper cases in tins or boxes.
