1Frying Chicken, Skinned -- cut in pieces
1cupUncooked Rice
1canMushroom Soup (10 1/2 Oz)
1canWater
1tablespoonDry Onion Soup Mix
Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions

Spray an 8 x 11 baking dish with nonstick spray. Add uncooked rice and place chicken pieces over rice. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine soup, water and onion soup mix and pour over chicken and rice. Bake uncovered in preheated 350 F oven until done, about 1 hour. Casserole should be nicely browned on top.
