Bean sprouts with tomatoes

Ingredients

| 4 | eaches | Garlic cloves |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy bean paste |
| 1 | each | Yellow onion, quartered |
| 4 | cups | Bean sprouts |
| 1 | each | Red chili pepper, sliced |
| 3 | eaches | Tomatoes, quartered |
| 4 | tablespoons | Green onions, chopped |
| 4 | tablespoons | Cilantro, chopped |
Directions
Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic & bean paste for 1 minute. Add the onion, bean sprouts, chili & tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Garnish with green onions & cilantro.
Serve hot.
