Basil-mint-orange pesto - bon appetit

1 | cup | Packed fresh basil leaves |
1 | cup | Packed fresh mint leaves |
½ | cup | Walnuts (about 2 1/4 oz) |
2 | tablespoons | Frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
2 | Garlic cloves | |
¼ | cup | (or more) olive oil |
Directions
In processor, blend first 5 ingredients until almost smooth. With machine running, gradually add ¼ C olive oil; process until smooth.
If pesto is dry, mix im more oil by spoonfuls. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made ahead. See note at end of Sun-dried Tomato and Olive Pesto recipe.)
