Baked vegetable pasta

1tablespoonOlive oil
2eachesCloves fresh garlic, minced, or 1 tsp bottled
1mediumOnion, finely minced
4eachesCarrots
2cupsBroccoli, cut in small pieces
teaspoonOregano
1teaspoonBasil
32ouncesTomato sauce, commercial or homemade

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare pasta as directed on package. Drain well. Heat oil in wok or large skillet, add garlic and onion, stir fry 1 minutes, and add carrots, broccoli, oregano and basil. Spread ½ cup tomato sauce in bottom of 10x13 baking dish. Layer pasta, vegetable mixture and tomato sauce. Top off with any remaining tomato sauce.
