Baked eggs with peppers

Measure Ingredient
8 eaches Hard-cooked eggs
6 eaches Green peppers
1 cup Milk
\N \N Buttered crumbs
3 tablespoons Flour
3 tablespoons Butter or butter substitute
\N \N Salt and pepper
½ cup Soft cheese

Chop eggs coarsely. Cut peppers in halves, and remove seeds and membrane. Parboil 5 minutes. Combine milk, flour, and butter. Season to taste. Cook over hot water until thick. Add cheese. Combine chopped eggs and cheese sauce. Fill pepper shells. Cover with crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (400 F) about 20 minutes. 6 servings.
