Baked filled sandwich roll

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Loaf frozen bread dough
6 ounces Sliced pepperoni
6 ounces Sliced Swiss cheese

Thaw bread and let rise slightly.

Roll out on floured surface into a 14 x 10 inch rectangle.

Layer pepperoni and then Swiss cheese on top. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Seal edges well. Tuck under ends.

Bake on greased cookie sheet in preheated 375 degree oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.

Great with a pot of soup.
