Bagel divan

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 eaches Plain bagels split
2 tablespoons Butter
1 each Clove garlic chopped
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
1 each Red pepper diced
2 cups Diced cooked chicken
1½ cup Cooked broccoli
2 eaches Green onions chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Grated cheddar cheese

In medium saucepan heat butter, add garlic and mushroom saute. Add red pepper and cook 1 minute. Add chicken, broccoli and green onions. Heat. Reduce heat and add cream of mushroom soup, worchestershire sauce and salt. Stir well and heat through 3 to 5 minutes. Toast bagels and butter lightly.
