Alaska octopus gumbo

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Diced bacon
2 cups Water
1 pint Fresh octopus, steamed until tender
2 cups Slightly undercooked steamed rice
1 pounds Canned tomatoes
1 \N Can okra
½ cup Diced onions
1 \N Diced green pepper
¼ teaspoon Cayenne
½ cup Diced celery
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
