Alaska octopus gumbo

Ingredients

½cupDiced bacon
2cupsWater
1pintFresh octopus, steamed until tender
2cupsSlightly undercooked steamed rice
1poundsCanned tomatoes
1Can okra
½cupDiced onions
1Diced green pepper
¼teaspoonCayenne
½cupDiced celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
