Ingredients

1can(large) tomatoes
1can(large) water
1largeOnion; chopped
2Cloves garlic; minced
1Green pepper; chopped
2Ribs celery; chopped (up to)
3tablespoonsThyme
2Bay leaves
1teaspoonParsley flakes
2teaspoonsSalt
Red pepper to taste
2cupsSliced okra
2poundsShrimp; crabs, oysters, scallops or lobster

Directions

Simmer all ingredients except okra and seafood, the longer the better! Add okra and seafood last and cook until done. Add more thyme if needed.
