2poundsCrab claws
½pintOysters
1cupParsley -- chopped
1cupOnion tops -- chopped
Salt and pepper -- to taste
½cupAll-purpose flour
3cupsRice -- cooked

Directions

Smother okra well in a pot. In a separate pot, brown flour. After browning flour, add onion and smother and brown. Add okra and let cook for about 10 minutes. Add all vegetables and seasoning. Add about 8 quarts of water and let boil. Add oysters. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes then add crabmeat and crab claws and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
