Akin back farm's pasta blue

6Sprigs fresh rosemary
6Sprigs fresh thyme

¾cupUnsalted butter
¼cupFresh lemon juice
1cupGorgonzola cheese; shredded
Salt and pepper; to taste
cupFresh spinach torn in bite-size pieces
1bunchNasturtiums

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions; set aside.

Poach chicken breasts; remove meat and cube. Combine all ingredients except nasturtiums. Garnish with nasturtiums.
