(homemade fresh) chorizo soft tacos

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Garlic cloves; crushed
1 pounds Ground turkey
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon Cayenne; (or substitute paprika for less hot)
1 tablespoon Hot paprika
1 tablespoon Sweet paprika
½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon Ground cloves
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon Greek oregano
3 tablespoons Olive oil; (up to 4)
1 tablespoon Water
1½ tablespoon Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Olive oil; (for pan-frying)
Soft flour tortillas; (can heat in microwave)
Chopped lettuce
Chopped tomato
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sliced black olives
Chopped scallions
Sour cream
Salsa or taco sauce



Mix together all ingredients for chorizo. Then pan-fry in the 2 T olive oil.

Put on the table with accompaniments and warmed flour tortillas and let everyone assemble their own.
