1each28 0z Can crushed tomatoes
2eaches16 oz cans red beans
½teaspoonCajun Spice Mix (McDougall)
½teaspoonCilantro
¾teaspoonChili Powder
2teaspoonsSalt

Directions

Grease non-stick stew pot with 2 tsp olive oil. Saute onions, celery and red peppers. Add crushed tomatoes. Add spices. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add RINSED kidney beans. Heat through. Spoon over brown rice.
