(homemade fresh) chorizo soft tacos

1teaspoonCayenne; (or substitute paprika for less hot)
1tablespoonHot paprika
1tablespoonSweet paprika
½teaspoonGround cinnamon
½teaspoonGround cloves
½teaspoonGround cumin
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonCracked black pepper
1teaspoonGreek oregano
3tablespoonsOlive oil; (up to 4)
1tablespoonWater
tablespoonCider vinegar
2tablespoonsOlive oil; (for pan-frying)
Soft flour tortillas; (can heat in microwave)
Chopped lettuce
Chopped tomato
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sliced black olives
Chopped scallions
Sour cream
Salsa or taco sauce

Directions

ACCOMPANIMENTS

Mix together all ingredients for chorizo. Then pan-fry in the 2 T olive oil.

Put on the table with accompaniments and warmed flour tortillas and let everyone assemble their own.
