(homemade fresh) chorizo soft tacos

| 1 | tablespoon | Sweet paprika |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ground cumin |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cracked black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Greek oregano |
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil; (up to 4) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Water |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Cider vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil; (for pan-frying) |
| Soft flour tortillas; (can heat in microwave) | ||
| Chopped lettuce | ||
| Chopped tomato | ||
| Shredded cheddar cheese | ||

ACCOMPANIMENTS
Mix together all ingredients for chorizo. Then pan-fry in the 2 T olive oil.
Put on the table with accompaniments and warmed flour tortillas and let everyone assemble their own.
