Wine poached fruit

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Rose wine
2 tablespoons Raspberry liqueur
⅔ cup Sugar
1 Vanilla bean
3 Ripe firm peaches
3 Plums
½ cup Heavy cream
½ teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

TOPPING

Mix together wine, liqueur, sugar & vanilla bean in large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Add peaches & plums. Poach until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove pan from heat Pan from heat & let cool a bit. Drain fruit. Whip heavy cream with sugars & vanilla until soft peaks form. To serve: place fruit in serving bowls topped with whipping cream.

Approximately 6-8 minutes.
