White wine pasta sauce with chicken

| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Fennel seed |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Oregano |
| 2 | tablespoons | Onion; finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Celery; finely chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Mushrooms; finely chopped |
| 1 | cup | Boneless skinless chicken br |
Directions
Recipe by: jhawkins@... (jhawkins) Brown chicken. Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
This is great with Rotini or Rigotoni, but you favourite pasta will do.
I made this up in class one day, and haven't had the time to play with it since, so any suggestions, or ideas would be gladly accepted.
