White trash almond omelet

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Slivered almonds
½ each Stick margarine or butter
6 eaches Eggs

Brown the almonds with the butter in a hot skillet until toasted. Add beaten eggs and stir until firm. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serves 3-4. Origin: Adapted from White Trash Shared by: Sharon Stevens, April/95.
