Ingredients

2Whole green onions; diced
2Whole eggs; beaten
2tablespoonsSoy sauce
Salt and pepper; to taste
1tablespoonSugar
1Clove garlic
1Whole carrot; shredded
1ounceBean sprouts; broken up
1packEgg roll skins; large size

Directions

Place l tablespoon in each wrapper. Fry in medium-hot oil about 20 minutes.
