| Chicken (Thighs; breasts, whatever boneless & skinless is best) | ||
| Mushrooms (we use quite a few) (up to) | ||
| 2 | cans | Watties (depends on how much Chicken) Italian style tomatoes (the herbed ones) |
| 1 | Onion; sliced | |
| Green olives | ||
| Flour | ||
| Seasonings | ||

put flour & seasonings in an oven bag with the chicken & shake to coat.
Brown in a little oil in a large high sided frying pan (a big electric is best) Add tomatoes, onion & olives cover and leave to simmer until cooked through
serve with cooked pasta spirals tossed in olive oil and you favorite herb.
