2 cans | Watties (depends on how much Chicken) Italian style tomatoes (the herbed ones) |
1 \N | Onion; sliced |
\N \N | Green olives |
\N \N | Flour |
\N \N | Seasonings |

put flour & seasonings in an oven bag with the chicken & shake to coat.
Brown in a little oil in a large high sided frying pan (a big electric is best) Add tomatoes, onion & olives cover and leave to simmer until cooked through
serve with cooked pasta spirals tossed in olive oil and you favorite herb.
