| 12 | ounces | Thinly sliced cookey turkey |
| 6 | ounces | Sliced Swiss cheese |
| 8 | Croisants split | |
| Paprika | ||
| ¼ | cup | Margarine; melted |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| ½ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | cup | Coffee cream or Half and Half |
| ¼ | cup | Lemon juice |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange Asparagus, ham, turkey and cheese in Crossant. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes or until hot. Serve with Curry Sauce spooned over. Sprinkle paprika over top to serve.
Curry Sauce - ¼ cup of margarine melted, 2 tbls flour, ½ tsp curry powder and ¼ tsp of salt, add 1½ cups coffee cream or half and half and cook till thickened (about 5 minutes) Remove from heat. Slowly stir in ¼ cup lemon juice.
