Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Firm Tofu |
⅓ cup | Ginger root, grated |
⅔ cup | Sunflower oil |
⅔ cup | Tamari |
Cut the tofu in slices and place them side by side in a shallow oven-proof dish. In a small bowl combine ginger, oil and tamari. Pour over the tofu. Let marinate for 1 - 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Serves 4. From The Gazette, 91/01/16
