Tofu au gingembre

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Firm Tofu
⅓ cup Ginger root, grated
⅔ cup Sunflower oil
⅔ cup Tamari

Cut the tofu in slices and place them side by side in a shallow oven-proof dish. In a small bowl combine ginger, oil and tamari. Pour over the tofu. Let marinate for 1 - 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Serves 4. From The Gazette, 91/01/16
