To make sourdough starter

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3½ cup Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 pack Dry yeast
2 cups Warm water

Combine the dry ingredients, slowly add warm water and beat until smooth.

Cover with cloth or plastic wrap. Let stand for 2 days.
