Jasmine Rice water
¾ cup Thai Kitchen Pure Coconut
Milk
5 slices Fresh ginger; peeled
1 tablespoon Salt

Bring To Boil Water, Coconut Milk, Ginger Slices, And Salt. Add Rice, Cover And Reduce Heat. Simmer For 20 Minutes. Remove From Heat And Let Stand For An Additional 7 Minutes. Fluff With A Fork. Serves 2-4.
