1 large | Onion; peeled and sliced |
⅛ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
5 mediums | Sweet potato; cook, peel, slice |
¼ cup | Parsley |
Heat oil and butter, saute onions, add cinnamon. Saute potatoes until lightly browned. Serve with parsley.
