Sweet potatoes and onions

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Butter
1 large Onion; peeled and sliced
⅛ teaspoon Cinnamon
5 mediums Sweet potato; cook, peel, slice
¼ cup Parsley

Heat oil and butter, saute onions, add cinnamon. Saute potatoes until lightly browned. Serve with parsley.
