Sweet potatoes and onions

| 1 | large | Onion; peeled and sliced |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 5 | mediums | Sweet potato; cook, peel, slice |
| ¼ | cup | Parsley |
Directions
Heat oil and butter, saute onions, add cinnamon. Saute potatoes until lightly browned. Serve with parsley.
