Summer fruit & hazelnut salad

Ingredients

½cupRoasted & chopped hazelnuts (Oregon)
½poundsJicama; peeled, rinsed, cut into match stick pieces
¼cupOrange juice
1tablespoonLemon juice
1teaspoonPoppy seeds
1teaspoonSugar
2cupsCubed, seeded, watermelon
2cupsCubed cantaloupe
1cupSeedless grapes; halved
1cupStrawberries; rinsed, hulled & chunked
1largeKiwifruit; peeled & sliced

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the jicama with orange and lemon juices, poppy seeds and sugar. Add the rest of the fruit and toss. Top with the hazelnuts and serve.
