Stuffing for roast chicken with hazelnut and marjoram

Measure Ingredient
1 Onion
1 ounce Butter
2 ounces Brown bread crumbs
Milk for soaking bread
4 ounces Hazelnuts; roasted, peeled and

2 ounces Apple; chopped
1 small Bunc fresh marjoram
1 Egg
Salt and pepper
