cupCucumbers peeled & chopped
3cupsTomatos fresh & chopped
6eachesEggs hard boiled & chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
3cupsMayonaise
2tablespoonsCider vinegar

Directions

Peel onions. remove the insides leaving an onion cup of 3-4 layers.

Chop the inner onion portions and mix well with the tomatos, vinegar, & cucumbers. Mix in the mayonaise egg and the salt & pepper. Stuff the onion cups with this mixture.
