Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Mushrooms, medium
½ cup Parmesan; grated
¼ cup Margarine
1 tablespoon Scallions; chopped

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Combine stems with Parmesan Cheese and melted margarine and onions. Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
